Here we are. This is a brand new blog. Honestly, I don't know how I got to this point. Thinking about God is an ever increasing desire. In order to gather a collideascope of thoughts, I write and reflect on what God has revealed in His word, in my life, and through those around me.

His word is held at the utmost authority and is suitable for all spiritual growth. I hope to stay true to his word, relying on His spirit inside me to express my love for Him through my writing. This love, poured from a heart that holds Him as king, will try and express the incomprehensible truths of God while not loosing sight of simple truth of the gospel. As a reader, take these thoughts and search the scriptures to see God's beautiful and holy nature in a way the speaks speaks specifically to individual circumstances. A word from the mouth of an eternal God has more power then all the might of man. As the apostle Paul writes, "The foolishness of God is wiser than the brightest of men," paraphrase is mine. The goal is to let scripture speak for itself and to reduce amount of "fluff" added to try and make a point. My pastor recently reminded me that a popular verse like John 3:16, in it's vital message and divine beauty, holds the following sufficient yet earth shattering words. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only son, that whoever might believe in him, shall not perish but have eternal life. May we feast on the word of God. To Him be glory as I start this blogging adventure.
